Account Manager in CA (Ontario, Leamington)

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Uncover new opportunities and manage existing accounts.
  • Strategize and forecast regional sales activities.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and presentations.
  • Become a trusted advisor, analysing needs and recommending solutions.
  • Close deals, manage expectations, and ensure successful order fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • English speaker (in addition- Spanish speaker-  advantage.)
  • Ability to travel (at least 60% of the position).
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar qualifications in Agriculture/ Horticulture science highly desirable (open field or greenhouse cultivation).
  • Driving license.
  • Self-starter.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and dedication.
  • Excellent communication and "people skills".
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of how to work with Dealer, project suppliers, or others.
