Degradation of 50% in breaking tensile strength after one growing season under those conditions:

  • Temp: 1˚C to 45˚C
  • Humidity: up to 96% at 40˚C
  • Sun radiation: 180 (kly/year)
  • Chemical resistance:
    • Massive usage of chemicals containing chlorine/sulfur can cause accelerated degradation of the twine.
    • Sensitive to usage of chemicals containing metals such as Fe (Iron), Cu (copper), Zn (Zinc) etc.
