Alon serves as the CEO of Paskal Group, driving the company’s business operations and dynamic growth since 2021. Over the past few years, he has delivered significant results in organic growth, mergers, strategic capability development, and team empowerment.

He joined the group in 2020 in a business development role, bringing over 22 years of experience in financial management and business development across various industrial sectors. After excelling in this role, he also served as CFO before being appointed CEO.

Alon fosters a collaborative environment with strategic thinking and an empowering leadership style, ensuring the group achieves its goals collectively.

A certified public accountant, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa.

With over 33 years of hands-on experience in the farming industry, Elie brings a deep understanding of the end customer’s needs, allowing him to uphold a standard of excellence and exceptional service.

As the VP of Sales and Marketing, Elie holds a strategic role within senior management, building strong B2B and B2C relationships internationally. He leads and inspires a global sales team, driving growth through strategic budgeting and meticulous planning to meet ambitious goals.

His responsibilities span from pricing, sales, and promotional strategies to managing departmental operations, warehousing, and exports – all with the goal of achieving high customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term client relationships, some lasting over 30 years.

Yair has been the Chief Financial Officer of Paskal Group since 2021, overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

He joined Paskal in 2018 as Group Controller. Prior to joining Paskal, Yair spent several years with Deloitte. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yair is known as a people person, bringing high-level professionalism alongside remarkable dedication and generosity.

Yonatan Gery joined Paskal in 2010 as the company’s Quality Assurance Manager.

Since 2021, he has served as the Global Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of production and operations.

In his role, Yonatan leads production activities at the main facility in Israel and works closely with additional manufacturing sites worldwide. He successfully established new production facilities abroad, integrating Paskal’s standards and processes to maintain consistent quality and performance.

He is responsible for implementing advanced work procedures and fostering talent across all levels—from production staff to department managers.

A key focus of his work is to create a strong operational support system for the marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless and effective fulfillment of customer needs.

Yonatan has also led initiatives to reduce raw material costs, increase supplier competition, and uphold high standards of quality and service, consistently aligning with Paskal’s unique character.
